The upper caste reservation of the government is flawed because the government does not have any way to correctly determine the exact amount of gold, jewelry which is stashed by brahmins and other upper caste people.

The government will only use the pan related data, when in reality there are many upper caste government employees like nayak, caro, mandrekar, who have plenty of gold and jewelry from bribes stashed away which is also wealth.

So these gold hoarders can officially claim that their income is less, when actually they are wealthier than professionals who may not have much gold, because they are robbed frequently
